• Can kids come in to play anytime you are open?

Yes- Closed Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas

• Can I bring in a cake, cupcakes or gifts?

Yes- If booked in a party room. Otherwise no.

• Can we open gifts in common areas of the facility?

No- gifts are only allowed in reserved party rooms.

• Do adults pay an admission fee?

No charge for big people. On less busy days adults or teens may purchase an optional wristband for $10.00.

• Are special socks required?

Socks are required. No special socks are needed. Available for purchase $1.50 per pair.

• Do you have anything for very small children?

Yes- dedicated bouncer for toddlers. Little guys enjoy all of the flashing lights and sounds.

• I'm not sure how many kids will actually show up for our booked birthday party...

No worries, we charge based on the number of kids participating. Give us your best guess.

• Just noticed my free pass is expired- can I still use it?

Expired passes will be accepted as a $2.00 discount coupon.

• Can we purchase the toy counter prizes with cash instead of using tickets?

Yes- tickets or cash or combination.

• How much advance notice is needed to reserve a party.

During the winter months book early. Otherwise, two weeks' notice is helpful but not required.

• My child has a food allergy. Do your prepared food items contain peanuts?

Not according to the food labels. Some candy bars or ice cream items may contain nuts.

• My child wants a special theme- Can we bring our own party decorations?

No problem. Only sticky tac for the walls. NO GLITTER, CONFETTI, SILLY STRING or PINATA

• Can we bring our own food to our reserved party?

Sorry- no outside food or drink is allowed in the facility.

• Can we order extra food and drink during our reserved party?

Yes- no advance notice is needed.

• How early should we arrive for a scheduled party?

Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early as we need to clean up the previous party.

• When do we pay for our reserved party?

A small deposit is collected when booking - balance collected day of the event.
